The Hal Leonard Real Book Sixth Edition only has an index of the songs by title, and I wanted one by composer, so I took this web page and used a little perl, a little XQuery, and a little XSLT to create one. While I was at it, I created another one by copyright year. It looks like 1963 and 1964 were big years for composing jazz standards.
